How Does it Work?
1. Get a Quote
Visit our “Let’s Get Started” page and fill out the form. Once submitted, you’ll receive a reply from one of our representatives asking for the details of your project so that we can email you a quote.
2. Ship Your Products
Pack up your products and ship them to our South Florida studio. Try and select the best products if you can, avoiding dings, dents, and scratches. Pack each item securely so that they don’t get damaged in transit.
3. We Photograph
When your products have arrived in our studio, we’ll contact you to let you know. We will go over the details of your order and discuss with you any questions or concerns you may have before we start. Once payment is processed the fun begins and we’ll start shooting your photos!
4. Instant Delivery
Once your photos are ready, we’ll digitally transfer them to you for immediate download. We keep your photos archived, so you can contact us in the future, should you need. If you’d like to make any changes or additions (additional charges may apply) let us know and we’ll make them before shipping your products back.
5. Project Completion
When the project is complete, we’ll carefully pack up and ship your products back to you. Shipping fees can either be 1) included on your invoice; 2) charged to your UPS or FedEx account; or 3) you may provide a return postage label. Alternatively, we can donate your products to local charity or discard them if you don’t want them back. Due to import and export regulations, return shipping is limited to the US.
