We charge per-photo. This means if you have two products and you want 3 photos each, you will be charged for a total of 6 photos.
The biggest factor in the overall cost of a project is the number of photos being ordered. Because it’s much more efficient to shoot one large project versus several smaller ones, our pricing model includes significant discounts as the size of your order increases. Once you accept the product photography quote, we accept all major credit cards.
If you’ll be sending unusually large or heavy products, please contact us before shipping.
You don’t need to be in the state of Florida to work with us. As long as your product can be shipped, we can provide professional product photography no matter your location.
Most projects are delivered in about 2 business weeks (excluding holidays) from when we receive your products and payment. If your project involves a very large number of photos this may add to the production time.
If we’ve made a mistake, we will gladly re-shoot or edit the photos to make them right at no charge. Re-shoots for artistic and/or editorial reasons or resulting from client error or omission, will be quoted at the time of the change request.
Standard product photos are delivered as a high resolution, 300 dpi JPG using maximum quality settings. Hero Shots are delivered in a layered TIF format with transparency.
Upon final delivery, the photographs become licensed to you for use on a royalty-free basis. This means you are free to use the photographs in any of your websites, social mediums, publications and advertisements as many times as you like, without ever having to pay us royalties for their use. We do, however, retain the copyrights for delivered photos and the photographs may not be re-sold to any third party without prior written permission.
